Assistant Professor Science Education, Prairie View A&M University, Texas, USA. She received her PhD in Multicultural Teacher and Childhood Education from the University of New Mexico. Dr. Miller has instituted after school and Saturday programs for underserved communities in the United States, Central America and Africa  providing STEM/English camps promoting science education, (ii) international educational and STEM access and, (iii) teacher education and training. She has organized camp education at the Georgia Southern Campus, USA, Science/Math and Literacy Camp for ELL students in Panama City, Panama, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in Soweto, South Africa. Dr Beverly continues to build and strengthen  global capacities and social investment remittances.

Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Grenada to the People’s Republic of China (PRC), a former Ambassador/Permanent Representative of Grenada to the United Nations, a former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America, a Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS) for Grenada in Washington, D.C. and a non-resident Ambassador to Mexico and Panama. He was elected as Vice President for the 69th Session of the United Nations General Assembly and  was an Ambassador-At-Large and Director of the Office of International Programs and Exchange at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C.  Ambassador Antoine served as Chief of Mission for OAS electoral observer Mission to the Bahamas; and as an International Election Observer, with the Electoral Cooperation and Observation department of the Organization of American States (OAS); during national elections in South America and the Caribbean. He is the recipient of the 2008 MLK Jr. Legacy Award for International Service, represented on the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD) and a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Young Americas Business Trust.  H.E. Denis G. Antoine is the author of five book titles.

Professor of Economics, Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA, USA. He received his doctorate degree in Applied Economics from Ohio State University. He was the editor of the International Journal of Agriculture Economics, co editor of Review of Agricultural Economics and a Panel Manager of USDA National Initiative Competitive Grants Program. Dr Amponsah leverages his skills as a growth strategist in leadership, economic policy, and human capabilities. He is certified by the Harvard University’s Program and a certified current member of the John Maxwell Team as an executive leadership trainer, coach and speaker. His vision inspires a movement for effective leadership, entrepreneurial innovation, and personal and professional development education to help individuals and businesses build and grow beyond their current results. Along with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation (JMLF) he has facilitated training programs in Costa Rica (2018), Paraguay (2019) and the Dominican Republic (2021) and has built capacities in Africa and Central America, through investments and remittances.

holds a Masters of Science in Economics degree from the University of West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. He is the author of the book: Remittances, Education and Health in Sub Saharan Africa and a Research Executive of emdaG Consulting based in Accra, Ghana. Projects he has completed include Construction Sector Skills Training and Supply Analysis, Skills Initiative for Africa: Skills Anticipation, Impact of Dutch Disease in Ghana and Trinidad and Tobago, Impacts of CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreements on the Welfare of St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Impact of Remittances on Health and Education in Sub -Saharan Africa, among others. He has as well reviewed manuscripts for Journal of International Development (Wiley), Cogent Economics and Finance (Taylor and Francis), and Economic Annals (University of Belgrade, Serbia). His discussions on the impact of sending corridors and bilateral transfer of remittances to receiving countries has been much acclaimed.

Assistant Professor of Special Education at Jackson State University, in Jackson, Mississippi, USA. Before working as a teacher educator, she taught in special education and inclusion settings at the elementary, middle, and high school levels for a combined total of 18 years. Her interest in teaching children with disabilities goes back to her early years of primary school.

After seeing some of her classmates struggle to learn in classes, she developed a desire to understand more and work with those facing academic challenges and individuals with disabilities. She believes that lives can be positively transformed when promoting a climate of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
